The Swim Shop at PPP will gladly accept returns on eligible items* in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included within 21 days of the order shipment date for store credit only. Shipping fees on your initial order are non-refundable. Return requests will be processed within 2-3 business days after the return. Please note: returns may be accessed a 15% restocking fee if not received in original condition.

Final Sale Items:
- Customized Items and apparel, gear and swim suits are not available for return. Please make sure you check order details prior to placing your order.
- Grab Bags Grab Bag suits are not eligible for return. Please note: Grab Bag suits come in a variety of colors, patterns, and back styles (female suits).
- Swim Suits Swim suits can only be returned to exchange for another size and must have all original tags intact and/or packaging if provided. There will be no refund on suits.
Backorder Policy:
Any item not available at the time of purchase may be put on backorder without notifying customer. However, we will contact customer directly when expedited shipping has been requested.
