We will confirm your closing date upon receipt of this agreement & will notify you one week prior to the date of your closing. Weather conditions may postpone closings, and we will notify you if this occurs. Due to the variety of winter covers and weather conditions, a professional pool closing does not guarantee a clear opening in the spring.
If our service team cannot access your pool or essential equipment available on-site at the time of service, additional charges and a rescheduled visit will apply. Pool, surrounding area and pump site should be clear of all hazards that will impede the service team from performing duties. Items include, but are not limited to: debris, floats, toys, hoses, furniture, dead animals, etc.
Customer Responsibilities: - Pool water must be CLEAR and balanced. If water is green, hazy, or filled with debris, additional charges may apply or closing may need to be rescheduled. - All winter items (plugs, gizzmos etc.) must be visibly placed by the pump and filter system. If items are not present or are in poor condition, we will replace them at a charge to the customer. - DO NOT drain your pool water. We will vacuum debris from the bottom while we lower the water. Indicate where to drain water in the Special Instructions.
Policies: - All closings scheduled after November 15th will have a $125 winter fee added. - Replacement of damaged anchors & springs will be done as needed to uphold the safety feature of your winter cover and will be an additional charge. - Closings may incur additional charges up to $125 for plugs, gizzmos or balancing chemicals required to close your pool properly.
