Pool Maintenance Services

Maintenance program includes the following:

  • Weekly visit to pool
  • Removal of all debris from pool
  • Brush pool when needed
  • Empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Empty automatic cleaner bag/basket
  • Testing water
  • Balancing and shocking water (chemicals included)
  • Backwashing filter (when needed)
  • Cleaning Cartridge or DE filter (monthly)
  • Making repairs on equipment when needed (parts additional charge) (up to ½ hr labor)
  • Texted report sent to customer after completion of each weekly service
  • Priority service for problems

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Supply chlorine, salt or Baquacil sanitizers and shock not included in agreement.
  • Gates unlocked and pets inside.
  • Access to outside water spigot and pool chemical storage.
  • Advanced notice of parties or special events.
  • May need to clean or remove debris from pool and skimmers after storms.

Maintenance Billing

The initial month of maintenance will be billed in its entirety upfront and subsequently on a monthly basis upon the conclusion of each month of service. Any additional parts required will be included in these charges.

It is necessary to have a valid credit card on record for payment processing. In the event of a payment decline, service will be discontinued after 12 days.

You have the option to cancel the service at any time, and any charges will be prorated for the month.

Once form is submitted, we will call you to verify all information and obtain credit card information for the deposit.
