Selected chemicals will be delivered with your pool opening. Since you are asking for our assistance to open your pool, we will only use chemicals that we provide or are purchased from PPP. We will not use chemicals purchased elsewhere.

If our service team cannot access your pool or essential equipment available on-site at the time of service, additional charges and a rescheduled visit will apply. Pool, surrounding area and pump site should be clear of all hazards that will impede the service team from performing duties. Items include, but are not limited to: debris, floats, toys, hoses, furniture, dead animals, etc.

Customer Responsibilities:
- Plug overflows and close Desjoyaux valves prior to filling pool.
- Water level must be in middle of skimmer or higher (top of skimmer for MESH covers).
- Note any locked gates or animal issues on the agreement.
- Solid covers must be pumped dry and debris removed prior to opening.
- Must have a working garden hose, water turned on and electrical outlet available.
- Leave out: return eyes, plugs, gauges, baskets, chemicals, etc., or you will be charged for new ones.
- Supply DE powder – this is not part of opening chemical package.
